Finished loading the entire set from the Venice Vintage Motorcycle Club ride to MotoLab on my flickr. That wraps up September! Another fantastic month, and another fantastic month starts tomorrow... There's enough in the "bean pot" in the following weeks to keep me pretty busy, that and the Wuss Ride preparations that are underway ~

Dia de Los Muertos

The 11th annual Dia de Los Muertos (click for link) at your historical Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Hollywood Forever, the resting place of Hollywood's immortals requests your presence for the Nations largest and most authentic Day of the Dead celebration.

Saturday, October 30th, 2010, 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

(Something good to check out during the day, lots of art, dress up skull chicks and vendors. But remember, Gasser Halloween starts around 8-ish' so don't dally all night long and miss the party!)

Costumes and Customs ~ Halloween Party coming

New flyer for Oct '10 through Jan '11

Gasser Bike Nights are turning out to be some pretty memorable events. There's a nice size crowd growing. A good 30 regulars who are faithful and always a group of visitors who ride in. As for the new dates, they're listed on the Bean Pot (side bar) and on the new flyer above, but let me tell you OCTOBER 30th is going to rock! Costumes and Customs!

South Bay Customs

Shops new location. Grand Opening on 9/27/10. Had I real nice Ironhead (below front) that I just couldn't get a good shot of. Had about 4 Sportsters in some stage of construction/repair. Shop's working on about a dozen bikes already and they've just moved in.
Front of Shop
Three bands played but we only saw two cause we had to cut and run to the Gasser (mandatory, remember).

More Sportsters @ MotoLab

Nice Line UP

Caitlan Ward

Everyone got some love but the bike. The worlds most under-appreciated bike.

Someone Down My Block Scored

If I didn't have bikes I'd rock this puppy.

Not Hardcore

One day your having the time of your life, riding your bike here or there, with fellows or Han Solo, and you get in that groove. That's a good day.
Photo above: Chris new BLue CoLLar MoTo
The next day your flat busted, unable to move, unwilling to close your eyes cause there's fire waiting under your skull if you fall asleep, fevers of 103, unable to stop shaking, unable to hold anything down and dry heaving anyway, and even though they stripped you naked (again, but you like it) and all you can really think about is making sure you take a picture cause you sported a Biltwell shirt to the ER! If you're not hardcore, then you're not hardcore!

Unicornio Del Oceano

Tell me this isn't the perfect tattoo for bike night's at a bar at the beach with vintage iron & chopper bikes for this blog. Too bad she's not atop a Sportster. Doug says "Gasser Bike nights are mandatory." Check the sidebar for your attendance dates.

Schoolgirl Giggles

We made it big time, now when I say Kulture you say Wha? The Urban Dictionary: Lady Hump defined. Strong enough for a Man, but made for a Woman.

Introducing the WUSS RIDE

High Adventure On & Off the Sea

The Route
The Destination

A couple of us are putting together a "less than lethal" ride to the Slab City Riot 2. All the information is available at the link above. Free maps to those who attend in the form of exotic pink artistic head wraps. Their will also be some prize(s) awarded for Wussiest Rider and/or Rides (see that skateboard deck? Kit made that bad ass board to give to someone. Is it You?).
Chaist Van for the Fail of the Group too.

Sporty at MotoLab

99% perfect. I'd just do up the bars. But, super job for sure!

Calgary Alberta ~ Canada. Shawn had his bike, a Honda 450cc, stolen yesterday (9/23) if you see it, parts from it, or some dickwad riding it, report it here: Chop Cult Stolen Bike Alert.
