Fats Noriega 20th Annual Memorial Run (pt.6) South Creek Walking Bridge below the Falls

There's a set of bridges along the upper Kern River a short distance below the South Creek Falls that acts as a launch point for River Rafting tours. Those of us who rode to the falls decided we'd line up our bike over the walking bridge and take a few photographs.

Well, I sincerely hope you've enjoyed the selection of photography from this years Fat's 20th Annual Memorial Run to the Kern River on the Lady Hump blog. There's a whole lot of history and knowledge behind these bikes and the people who built them, and the people that continue to hold the memory of their friend and family member, Fats Noriega, dear to them. The run is annual so if you find yourself along the upper Kern River the weekend after Memorial Day, be sure to stop in and check out the collection of survivor (and or inspired by) South Bay Style chopper long bikes at McNallys Fairview Resort.
